Social Work Contract to ensure fair working conditions for Social Workers

Recent research by both Community Care & Unison has demonstrated that UK Social
Workers have excessive caseloads; and that the resulting burn out is hampering
their ability to carry out their jobs to the highest standard.

As a result of this research the two organisations are combining their voices to
demand a groundbreaking Social Work contract to help ensure fairer working
conditions for social workers.
